Thanks so much for posting these references! I especially was interested in the USAID policy on powdered milk. After hearing Dr. Cunningham discuss his experience with lactose intolerance in Togo, I question using cowmilk in any FS program. Just this week news stories highlighted a major FS initiative mixing peanut butter with powder milk for Sub-Saharan Africa.
You've referenced our book CHILD HEALTH CARE by David Woods -- thank you. You might be interested to know that this book, and others, are and will be available (for free) at our major new website for our healthcare series, ebwhealthcare.com. Most of these are on maternal and child health.
